    We are located in the Tuxedo Park Shopping Centre above Rumors Comedy Club. Our address is 250-2025 Corydon Avenue.

  • How do I get added to the waitlist?

  • How long are sessions?

    At Peace of Mind, we run on a 50-minute-hour system. This means that individual therapy sessions run on a 50-minute hour.

  • How much do therapy services cost?

    Depending on the level of education and experience, different therapist rates can range from $150 to $215 per 50 minute hour.

  • Do you only offer in-person sessions?

    We offer both in-person and virtual sessions. Virtual, also known as telehealth, is available over our secure system, or over the phone.

  • What do I do while I wait for services?

    We have monthly group therapy sessions that will cover a variety of topics. For more informations about our group therapy, click here.

  • How am I paired with a therapist?

    Once an intake form has been filled out by you, we look at what you need, and determine the best therapist fit based on therapist availability. Our goal is to make sure you receive the best care possible!

  • Do you direct bill to insurance companies?

    We do not offer direct billing at our cinic. As such, you will be required to pay for your appointment on the day it occurs. We will provide you with a receipt you’ll be able to submit to you insurance company if you have one.

  • What if the therapist I'm matched with isn't a good fit?

    We do our best to provide the best service possible for you. We encourage you to give your current therapist a few sessions and discuss yor concerns with the therapist. It is important to us that the intervention fits your needs and that you feel comfortable with the therapist. You can reach out to our admin team at any time.
