CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST CANDIDATE (C.Psych Candidate, Supervised)

I offer an integrative therapy experience, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, client-centred, and emotion focused approaches. I have experience working with anxiety and mood disorders (e.g., Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder), Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), trauma, stress management, grief, adjustment challenges, health concerns, and family/friend (interpersonal) dynamics. My clinical interests include working with Women’s Health related concerns (e.g., anxiety and mood symptoms during the pregnant and postpartum periods, infertility, miscarriage, and birth related trauma or loss). When working with children, I incorporate play and creative interventions. 

I provide therapy and/or assessment (e.g., cognitive, academic, ADHD, ASD) services for children, adolescents, and adults under the supervision of Dr. Kelly Penner Hutton.

I obtained my Psychology Bachelor of Arts-Honours degree from the University of British Columbia - Okanagan, and my Master of Arts and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Manitoba. I completed my residency through Clinical Health Psychology, Health Sciences Centre, Shared Health, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.  I have experience working in diverse settings including community-based and hospital environments.
