In addition, I have been trained in and use a variety of other approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and mindfulness.

I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Manitoba after completing my residency at the Student Wellness and Counselling Centre at Memorial University in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
