We have created a group designed to empower those on the autism spectrum to better understand themselves, gain confidence navigating the world, while practicing and fostering social connection in real time.

I look forward to facilitating the upcoming Adult Autism Group at Peace of Mind. I first started working with people on the autism spectrum 10 years ago. I have worked with children one-on-one on learning to navigate their world (e.g., life skills, managing over stimulation) and their parents. My previous experience includes facilitating hospital-based group therapy and utilizing evidence-based group intervention strategies. If you are considering joining our group, know that I aim to create a welcoming environment where your comfort and accommodations are prioritized first and foremost.
